Getting the Adjuster on the Phone

If you’re having problems getting a hold of the desk adjuster, trust me, you’re not alone, we are feeling that too. Here at Claim Juicer we’re closing out supplements at a 13-day average. This average actually spiked to over 25 days last month and we had to adjust. 

Here’s what we found out, put this into your SOPs, we found out that you now have to email every day and sometimes call up to four times per day just to talk to the desk adjuster on the phone. Honestly who has time for that while running an insurance restoration contractor. If you have the time, put this process into your SOP and get that cash flow rolling.
