Here’s a really good term, one of my favorites to put in your sales toolkit. When setting an expectation with your homeowner about their claim and restoration process make sure that they know you have their best interest in mind. Sometimes they need to be reminded of what you’re actually doing. You’re repairing their home, with that here’s the quote. This is your second biggest investment in life besides family, your home. Use that term, it’s so important for them to understand that your mindset is right, your intentions and understanding of how important this is will pay big time in setting expectations. This term also embeds the importance of doing the claim right. No cutting corners, no covering deductibles and those extra supplement funds have a purpose and must be turned over without a fuss. Use the term, set intentions and expectations.
